These Terms of Use govern access to and use of Aviator AI Predictor. By registering an account or using the service in any capacity, users agree to the terms set out below. If any part of these terms is not acceptable, the service should not be used.

1. Description of Service

Aviator AI Predictor is a statistical analysis tool that processes historical multiplier data from the Aviator game and produces probabilistic predictions. The service predicts whether the next round will close below or above the 1.20x threshold. All output is probabilistic in nature. No prediction constitutes a guarantee of any outcome.

The service does not interact with, modify, or interfere with the Aviator game or its underlying system. There is no affiliation with Spribe, the developer of the Aviator game.

2. Eligibility

Use of this service is permitted only under the following conditions:

• The user is aged 18 or over
• The user is located in a country or region where use of statistical tools in connection with chance-based games is lawful
• The user has not been previously suspended or removed from the service

It is the user's responsibility to confirm that access to and use of this service complies with the laws of their jurisdiction. Aviator AI Predictor does not verify the legal status of access from any specific location and accepts no liability for use in jurisdictions where such access is restricted or prohibited.

3. Account Registration

Access to the service requires registration with a valid email address. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account and for all activity that occurs under it. Any unauthorized access or suspected breach should be reported immediately using the contact information in Section 12.

Accounts are personal and non-transferable. Creating an account on behalf of another person without their knowledge is not permitted.

4. Acceptable Use

The service may be used for personal, non-commercial purposes only. The following activities are not permitted:

• Accessing or attempting to access the service through automated means, bots, or scrapers
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract the underlying model or data infrastructure
• Reproducing, reselling, or redistributing the service or its output without authorization
• Using the service in a way that disrupts or degrades performance for other users
• Providing false information during registration
• Using the service for any unlawful purpose

5. Nature of Predictions

All predictions produced by Aviator AI Predictor are probabilistic. The service aims to produce predictions that perform better than random selection over a sufficient sample. No specific accuracy rate is guaranteed for any individual round or series of rounds.

The Aviator game operates on a Provably Fair system. Each round's outcome is determined independently and cryptographically. No statistical tool can guarantee the outcome of any individual round. Use of this service does not reduce or eliminate the inherent uncertainty of chance-based game outcomes.

Any decisions made by the user in connection with chance-based games are made entirely at the user's own discretion and risk. The service provides statistical information only.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this service, including but not limited to the prediction model, interface design, written content, and underlying data infrastructure, is the property of Aviator AI Predictor or its licensors. Nothing in these terms grants users any ownership rights over any part of the service.

Users may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of the service without prior written authorization.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Aviator AI Predictor shall not be liable for:

• Any financial loss incurred by the user in connection with use of the service
• Any decisions made by the user based on predictions produced by the service
• Interruptions, errors, or inaccuracies in the service or its output
• Loss of data or account access
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service

The service is provided as a statistical information tool. Responsibility for any decisions made using its output rests entirely with the user.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. No warranty is made, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose of the predictions or any other content produced by the service.

Availability of the service is not guaranteed. Maintenance, technical issues, or other factors may cause temporary or permanent interruptions.

9. Modifications to the Service

The service, including its features, interface, prediction model, and availability, may be modified or discontinued at any time without prior notice. These terms may also be updated periodically. When material changes are made, notice will be provided through the website. Continued use of the service after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Termination

Access to the service may be suspended or terminated at any time if a user is found to be in violation of these terms, without prior notice and without liability. Users may also close their account at any time by submitting a request using the contact information in Section 12.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable law. Users are responsible for ensuring their use of the service complies with the laws of their country or region. Any disputes arising from use of the service shall be subject to the jurisdiction determined by applicable law.
