The website is starting to collect Age 65 retirement data for next years report. All contributors will remain anonymous. The first two to contribute the retirement numbers for a specific airline will receive a free copy of the finished report. Ideally two reports would be used to verify each reports accuracy. It is hoped pilots will provide most of the needed data as the report is adapted to them, however if an Airli1ne wishes to contribute to the report they will also receive a free copy.
Other data the website is looking for includes staffing ratios for each fleet type at the respective airline. Contributors of this data will also receive a free copy of the 150+ page report.
Ideally the retirement and staffing ratio snapshots should be taken in the month of December.
